I want to take a moment to apologize for an insensitive and ill-conceived remark that I made Sunday night regarding Lisa Punch’s west coast save and Sarah Darling’s elimination. It was completely inappropriate and we can understand why people were offended. The post’s characterization was thoughtless and stupid, and I am sorry.
What in the f**k was the West Coast thinking when they chose to save nappy headed Lisa Punch and not Sarah Darling on #RisingStar? B**S***!!! Just B***s***! Ava Zinn can f**king slam me for my comment, she can fire me but how did Holly Everman become a good chief moderator in the first place?
I obviously did not mean to call Lisa Punch a “nappy-headed hoe” and my comments Sunday night were made purely out of frustration. Being a part of Vote for the Girls USA, I am passionately invested as any other moderator on VFTGUSA and want to see the women on any reality-based singing competition succeed as well as getting the ladies to victory. Sunday night’s elimination of Sarah Darling was downright emotional for me and my comments were made based on my personal dissatisfaction with the results. I am very connected to my role at Vote for the Girls USA and know that Sarah Darling has a long career ahead, regardless of their outcome on the show.
Whatever Ava Zinn decides about my future on VFTGUSA, I will respect her decision, I believe that Ava, Holly (Everman), and Kathi (Jameson) will believe my Facebook post was an honest mistake, yet at the end of the day, I think Ava Zinn will stress the need to maintain the integrity of Vote for the Girls, whether Ava decides to suspend me, terminate my contract, extend my punishment of binding my breasts to appear like I am a Breast Cancer Survivor that underwent a double mastectomy, etc.
